Theli is an etheric dragon. He travels among the stars and is also Dyami’s mentor. He sees beyond duality, right and wrong. Dyami struggles with mortal emotions, especially when the people are driven to fear and fear responses. He encourages Dyami to see good and create the world she wants to see.
